If you have not already done so, please provide your availability for our upcoming Staff Orientation meeting HERE.

Registration opens to the general public on Saturday February 8th at 12pm

As a reminder: Any adult children (19+) are welcome to share your accommodations but they must register separately when registration opens to the public and will be subject to the same terms, conditions and fees of campers.

PAYMENTS

Minimum 50% of fees are due upon receipt of registration confirmation

Any outstanding balance will be due in full June 1st, 2024

If we have not received payment in full by June 1st, 2024 and no alternate arrangements have been made, your spot may be forfeited and given to a family from our wait list. In the event of forfeiture any amounts paid will be returned less a $100 processing fee.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations made prior to June 2nd will receive a full refund less a $100 processing fee.

Late cancellations made between June 2nd - June 30th will receive a 50% refund unless their spot can be filled, in which case they will receive a full refund less a $100 processing fee.

Late cancellations made on or after July 1st will not be eligible for refund but will be eligible for a tax receipt. In the event that their spot can be filled, they will receive a full refund less a $100 processing fee.

VISITORS

Everyone who attends family camp with you needs to be registered prior to camp starting.

Guests of registered campers are welcome to visit under the following provisions:

  1. It is confirmed that there is available space and they have gained the permission from administration prior to the start of the camp week, so that proper preparations can be made. 

  2. The campers introduce the guests to the Director when they arrive and sign the hold harmless agreement before they may proceed.

  3. Guests will be allowed to stay one night, in the same accommodations as the campers, or other suitable accommodations as available.

  4. Host campers will ensure any meals or accommodations their guests partake in will be paid at the end of the week.

  5. Guests are reminded to please be sensitive to the activities of the camp and to participate in activities appropriately.
