FAMILY CAMP STAFF REGISTRATION

  • WEEK A: July 4 - July 11

    WEEK B: July 11 - July 18

    WEEK C: July 18 - July 25

    WEEK D: July 25 - August 1

    WEEK E: August 1 - August 8

  • Family Camp registration fees waived for you, your spouse (if applicable) and dependent children ages 0-18

    Any adult children (19+) are welcome to share your accommodations but they must register separately when registration opens to the public and will be subject to the same terms, conditions and fees of campers.

    Spots will not be held for campers who do not register.

  • Everyone who attends family camp with you needs to be registered prior to camp starting.

    Guests of registered campers are welcome to visit under the following provisions:

    • It is confirmed there is available space and they have gained the permission from administration prior to the start of the camp week, so that proper preparations can be made. 

    • The campers introduce the guests to the Director when they arrive and sign the hold harmless agreement before they may proceed.

    • Guests will be allowed to stay one night, in the same accommodations as the campers, or other suitable accommodations as available for an additional fee.

    • Host campers will ensure any meals or accommodations their guests partake in will be paid at the end of the week.

    • Guests are reminded to please be sensitive to the activities of the camp and to participate in activities appropriately.

  • Family Camp is a shared community experience, and we love supporting connections between families while fostering a welcoming, inclusive environment. You are invited to indicate one Buddy Family you’d like to attend camp with. To avoid confusion, they should also list your family as their Buddy Family on their form. All Buddy Family requests are considered as space allows, based on the order applications are received, with special consideration for first-time campers attending with friends. If attending together is a priority, we recommend providing a second-choice week to increase the likelihood of being placed together.
