FAMILY CAMP SPONSORSHIP APPLICATION

At Camp Oshkidee, we understand that cost can be a barrier for some families, which is why we are proud to offer financial assistance to help make camp more accessible for all. Each year, we provide the opportunity for a select number of families to receive up to 50% off their registration fees.

  • FAMILY CAMP PROGRAM

    • WEEK A: July 5 - July 11

    • WEEK B: July 12 - July 18

    • WEEK C: July 19 - July 25

    • WEEK D: July 26 - August 1

    • WEEK E: August 2 - August 8

  • CAMPERS:

    • AGE 4+: $240 +GST

    • AGE 0-3: FREE

    ACCOMMODATIONS:

    • LOWER LODGE: $415 +GST

    • CABIN: $415 +GST

    • CAMPSITE: $275 +GST

  • Minimum 50% of fees are due upon receipt of registration confirmation.

    Any outstanding balance will be due in full June 1st.

    If we have not received payment in full by June 1st and no alternate arrangements have been made, your spot may be forfeited and given to a family from our wait list. In the event of forfeiture any amounts paid will be returned less a $100 processing fee.

  • Cancellations made prior to June 2nd will receive a full refund less a $100 processing fee.

    Late cancellations made between June 2nd - June30th will receive a 50% refund unless their spot can be filled, in which case they will receive a full refund less a $100 processing fee.

    Late cancellations made on or after July 1st will be deemed a donation to the camp and will be receipted accordingly unless their spot can be filled, in which case they will receive a full refund less a $100 processing fee.

  • Everyone who attends family camp with you needs to be registered prior to camp starting.

    Guests of registered campers are welcome to visit under the following provisions:

    1. It is confirmed that there is available space and they have gained the permission from administration prior to the start of the camp week, so that proper preparations can be made. 

    2. The campers introduce the guests to the Director when they arrive and sign the hold harmless agreement before they may proceed.

    3. Guests will be allowed to stay one night, in the same accommodations as the campers, or other suitable accommodations as available for an additional fee.

    4. Host campers will ensure any meals or accommodations their guests partake in will be paid at the end of the week.

    5. Guests are reminded to please be sensitive to the activities of the camp and to participate in activities appropriately.
